| After having spent many years as corporate counsel in the financial services sector, I have transitioned to an entertainment, intellectual property, nonprofits, building construction trades, and general business development law support practice with office located in West Haven, Connecticut. Licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York, my law office serves the many diverse developmental and representational needs of filmmakers, writers, musicians, nonprofits and businesses in the building construction trades. Among my entertainment industry associations are membership in the Entertainment and Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, the Connecticut Venture Group, Legal Coordinator of the NYC Film Synergy Group, Co-founder and COO of Film Synergy Magic LLC, Moderator and Presenter for the Institute for International Film Financing, member NY Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, member of the Arts Council of Greater New Haven. I am also a founder of two documentary film production companies established in Connecticut: Cat’s Eye View Productions, LLC and Do It NOW Productions. |
